To join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. This position is responsible for directly engaging with customers from the Mass Save Home Energy Services Program with the objective of increasing energy efficiency on behalf of Mass Save partner utilities. The Representative educates homeowners on energy efficiency and promotes the completion of weatherization measures. Outreach is conducted through various channels following the completion of a Mass Save Home Energy Assessment.

 

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for continuing customer relationships established during Home Energy Assessments to ultimately increase customer adoption of weatherization measures. Working as a part of a fast-paced but supportive team, the Representative is expected to explain specific energy savings measures, program offerings, and incentives to customers, and guide them through the Program as needed. The Representative is also responsible for accurate recording of customer progress from initial outreach through fully executed contract.

Conduct customer outreach through email and outbound phone calls.

Work on operations and process improvements to allow for increased conversions.

Collaboration between program leadership and other functions (e.g., marketing) associated with the conversion process.

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

1 year experience preferred in customer service, customer engagement or sales.

Basic computer software knowledge.

Target compensation...

$20.70 - $21.50 USD based on experience.
