Hybrid work model - 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week from home The Inside Sales Representative will help support the Managers of the department with communication with customers, scheduling meetings, entering new orders in the system, and phone communication throughout the day. Ideal candidates will have a few years of customer service/account management experience, is self-motivated, enjoys being the phone with customers, and works well in a fast-pace and team environment. Responsibilities: + Provide tremendous customer service + Proactive calls to current customers / account management + Provide information and answers to customers as needed + Inform customers of new offerings they have access to, trying to grow their account portfolio + Assist onboarding new customers and getting them up and running + Take part in conferences and marketing events as needed Along with a great culture, growth potential, and leadership team to learn from, this position offers a base salary range of $50-60k.
