Inside Sales Representative **Express Employment Professionals** 1 Positions ID: 13862468 Posted On 01/02/2025 **Job Overview** **Inside Sales Representative** Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a family-owned, Dubuque company to search for an **Inside Sales Representative** to join their team. **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for the management of sales and customer relationships + Maintains customer satisfaction by improving responsiveness and anticipating the customer’s product and service needs + Ensures new business development through demonstration opportunities, events, and outreach activities + Assist in onboarding of new customers and provide customer service + Solicits and maintains phone contact with current and prospect accounts + Resolve customer problems, manage re-orders, and anticipate customer’s product needs + Provides account management + Attend trade shows and provide product demos on-site and online + Stay current with changing technology, including software and programs + Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures **What You Can Bring to the Table:** + Associate's degree in Business, technical or related field preferred, but not required. + Two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. + One or more years of experience in business to business sales + Great written and verbal communications skills + Strong client relationship building skills **Wage:** $18.50/hour **Hours:** Monday-Friday 1st shift **Position Type:** Evaluation to hire **About Express:** Express Employment Professionals is a locally owned and operated job match company.
