Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers will be key to ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of inside sales experience within the industry.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46
