This position is part of the APAC Commercial (Inside Sales Team) located in Korea and will be remote. At IDT, we are one global team. Together, we accomplish great things In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Proactively support the country Sales Team to broaden and maintain sales revenue with assigned accounts to free up the bandwidth of the field sales team + Prospect new accounts and promote IDT products to existing and new customers from academic, government and corporate accounts in areas designated by the organization + Pre-qualify the marketing and customer technical support leads, convert to opportunity before assigning to the field sales team The essential requirements of the job include: + Master’s degree in a Life Science field, or Bachelor’s degree with relevant Life Sciences sales experience required + Minimum two years of prior tele-sales/sales experience in life science reagents/consumables required + This position requires a highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Knowledge of SFDC CRM platform, Microsoft PowerBI and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Prior laboratory experience or working experience with channel partners or internal stakeholders At IDT we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
