Inside Sales Representative
What We Need: + High school diploma or equivalent + Minimum of two years of Inside Sales experience + Strong technical aptitude + Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate product features, values and benefits within a sales approach. + Comfortable with full cycle sales process including prospecting, researching the company and contact, demoing product, presenting price, and closing the sale + Strong active listening skills. + Effective selling skills with strong oral, written & presentation skills + Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word + CRM experience + Ability to receive coaching and implement feedback What You'll Be Doing: + Responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline that drives results + Able to perform a high volume of outbound calls + Uncover opportunities for cross selling and upselling through the use of active listening and open-ended questions + Identifies, qualifies, and secures new opportunities and implements targeted sales strategies + Promptly follow up on all leads until opportunities are closed + Tasked with growing a particular geographical territory and/or mastering a specific industry which includes becoming familiar with industry verbiage and pain points + Use Salesforce.com to log calls,track leads & manage pipeline + Research accounts, identify key decision makers, and obtain updated contact information + Follow scheduled cadence of events/touch points + Determine when to close sale over the phone vs when to leverage Territory Manager for on-site demo What You Will Need To Be Successful: Responsible for growing assigned territory by both prospecting and following up with inbound leads in a timely fashion. Partners with field sales representatives (Territory Managers) to help penetrate specific industries and grow Gravotech business in designated geographic areas.
