Adecco is seeking a motivated and results-driven **Inside Sales Representative** to join our client’s team at a leading global technology company. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by identifying and closing deals with top restaurants for our food delivery service. This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for sales.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, cold calling, or a similar field.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex information.
+ Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Groove) and other relevant technologies.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, effectively handling multiple priorities.
**Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):**
+ Experience in cold sales and selling technical products.
+ Prior experience in customer service roles.
+ Startup experience (internships or previous employment).
+ Driving skills (for potential in-person meetings).
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Lead Generation:** Proactively identify and research potential customers, generating new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
+ **Sales Calls:** Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls (50+ daily) to prospects, delivering compelling sales presentations and effectively communicating the value proposition of our delivery service.
+ **Sales Process Management:** Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team for onboarding.
+ **Customer Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
+ **Product Expertise:** Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
+ **Performance Tracking:** Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), consistently achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
**Pay Details:** $34.90 to $38.78 per hour
