Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Create and manage customer information in the ERP system; execute the proposal generation process, including revisions based on inspection results or scope changes. + Serve as a liaison between operations and customers, providing updates on deliveries, service issues, and facilitating communication between teams. + Manage the receipt, review, and processing of purchase orders; coordinate project scope releases and hand-offs to the operations group. + Ensure all proposals are reviewed according to Sulzer’s internal authority and create Margin Summary Review sheets; archive proposals and related documents. + Support customer visits, both onsite and offsite; ensure proper safety inductions, sign-ins, and PPE for visitors on shop visits. + Review invoices, approve proformas, and assist with operations quality improvements while maintaining high-quality proposal standards and promoting workplace safety. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + Proficient use of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel). + Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization. + Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. + Time management skills. + Understanding of basic financial concepts. + Bachelor’s Degree. **What we offer you:** + 11 Paid Holidays + 15 Paid Time Off (PTO) Days + Medical, dental, vision, life & disability + 401K with 6% company match + Employee Assistance Program + Employee Wellness Program + New onsite cafeteria, all meals subsidized (La Porte Service Center) **No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role.** **Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
