Johnson Service Group (JSG), a nationally recognized staffing firm, is looking for a Sr Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative with Manufacturing/Distribution industry experience. This role can be either contract to hire or direct hire depending on level of relevant experience.

This will be an excellent opportunity for a customer service representative to would like to grow and take on the challenge of inside sales.
 
Responsibilities: Triage customer needs and inquiries via telephone and email Assist customer in selection and order entry for special burners and parts Provide bids and quotes Follow up on sales leads and making cold calls on potential or existing customers Troubleshoot and resolve problems for customers Manage and develop customer relationships Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 2 to 4 years of related experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment Experience with a CRM such as ACT!
