The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying business relationships and opportunities by increasing our transactions and gross profit with existing Agents. This position reports directly to the Revenue Manager. The Inside Sales Representative position requires excellent communication skills to meet the business needs of our Ria Agents. Ria manages win-win partnerships with small and medium-sized Agents that offer money transfers, money orders, mobile top-ups, bill payment, and check cashing services at an affordable price. This position will be focused on growing specific corridors, mostly through phone calls, emails, etc. The Inside Sales Representative calls agents daily, finds opportunities weekly, and meets monthly transactions and gross profit targets.
