**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will:**
+ Provide personal, dedicated support to assigned high-value channel partners to exceed customer expectations.
+ Grow sales with assigned distributors by qualifying leads, communicating promotions and new products, and identifying and driving sales opportunities.
+ Partner with field sales managers to improve sales productivity and drive sales growth.
+ **Dedicated, personal issue resolution for assigned high-value channel partners**
+ Dedicated contact for assigned high-value distribution partners to improve ease of doing business through issue identification and resolution.
+ Respond to assigned distributors’ requests through a variety of communication media.
+ Manage each customer case from initial contact through satisfactory resolution, coordinating with a variety of other functions including Shipping, Credit, Technical Service, Factory Service, and Product Management to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
+ Identify and report root cause case issues. Gather distributors' needs, preferences, and difficulties, and work collaboratively to share feedback and develop solutions for continuous improvement.
+ Coordinate with Fulfilment Management Specialist to provide accurate lead times and update customers and sales managers until order is fulfilled.
**Partner with assigned field sales managers to grow sales & aid productivity**
+ Work closely with Sales Managers to resolve raised issues.
+ Develop quotes and lead times for key projects.
+ Submit MDF requests.
+ Communicate MDF & Rebate status to assigned accounts.
+ Complete initiatives and projects including creating promotion materials, driving call/email campaigns, and completing territory business plans.
**Sales responsibility for Non-Medal and Standard Distributors in assigned territories**
+ Proactively engage with customers to establish and maintain relationships and drive sales.
+ Provide information regularly thru outbound emails and calls, including but not limited to:
+ Promotions
+ New products
+ Price change announcements
+ Annual Minimum Sales Policy
**Lead Management**
+ Qualify high priority leads from Ridgid.com and Greenlee.com and other sources
+ Identify and develop sales opportunities by qualifying leads through various sources, including inbound inquiries, digital and marketing campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, new products, upsell/cross sell, etc.
+ Generate sales by finding upselling and cross selling opportunities.
+ Respond to non-technical product questions, ratings &review on Social, ridgid.com, greenlee.com, Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, and others
+ Contact Factory Service Center repair customers with potential upselling and cross selling opportunities
**Continuous Improvement**
Work collaboratively to identify process improvements to improve productivity and customer experience.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ 3+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Service or Key Accounts Management experience.
+ Strong customer focus with a dedication to delivering excellent service.
+ Strong problem-solving skills
+ Ability to think creatively and develop alternative solutions.
+ Collaboration skills.
+ Strong drive for results and high level of commitment to exceed expectations
+ Proficient in MS Office Applications
+ Travel up to 10%
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.
+ Experience with ERP software (SAP/JDE), CRM and Call Center Phone system is preferred.
