Handles all calls and requests for information in a professional manner while working accurately and timely in a deadline-oriented environment. Coordinates with outside sales force, production, shipping, mill management and metallurgist to sell product and service customers. Coordinates mill scheduling of shipments with appropriate departments. Provides timely status updates to customers. Enters customer orders timely and accurately with attention to detail. Able to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
