Job Purpose:
Our Inside Sales Representative will drive sales revenue and expand the customer base through proactive engagement with potential and existing customers. This role is to understand customers' unique needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value of our products and services. This position requires a competitive and motivated spirit with the drive to solve problems.Job Responsibilities:
● Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound leads, outbound calls, and other prospecting methods.● Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique requirements and providing personalized solutions.
● Conduct persuasive sales presentations, virtual demos, and product walkthroughs to showcase the value of our offerings.
● Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively articulate their features and benefits to potential customers.
● Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.
● Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
● Manage and maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, accurately tracking leads, prospects, and sales activities.
● Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer experience departments to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth.
● Prepare regular sales reports and updates, providing insights into sales performance and key metrics.
● Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Direct account sales, outbound calling, tele-sales, or similar sales roles experience is preferred.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customer and build rapport.
● Customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
● Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
● Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome sales challenges.
Work Experience:
● 1-3 years of related job experience.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.Education:
● Bachelor's Degree PreferredPhysical Requirements:
● A significant portion of the job responsibilities will require computer work that involves the continuous use of the fingers, hands, wrists, and sitting for long periods of time.
● The position also requires frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
● The position requires work in an office as well as travel to customers, suppliers, group meetings, etc.
