We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. Compensation: Annual Salary $50K-$65K + commission

Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.Engage in outreach to customers promoting products and services, ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales process. Negotiate terms of sales agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs. Collaborate with the inside sales team to understand product specifications and provide accurate information to customers. Work directly with the supply chain team to provide customers with high level supply chain options and inventory options.Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets regularly. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings. Qualifications Proven experience in business development or inside sales, preferably in the steel industry or related field. Background in steel or metals industry is a huge plusStrong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Experience in telemarketing or customer service is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
