Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative in the steel manufacturing industry, based in Youngstown, Ohio. As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary role will be to nurture customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently managing customer inquiries through phone and email to ensure timely responses.
• Conducting outbound calls to meet customer requirements and provide solutions for issues.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and filing to maintain precise customer records.
• Performing data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilizing customer database systems effectively for data retrieval and entry.
• Collaborating with various internal departments to effectively resolve customer issues.
• Leveraging Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel for various tasks.
• Scheduling appointments and managing order entries as part of customer service.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls as part of the customer service process. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, adept at resolving customer inquiries swiftly and professionally.
• Proven experience in a call center customer service role, demonstrating an ability to handle high call volumes.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Skilled in managing email correspondence, responding promptly to customer emails, and maintaining organized records of communications.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of performing data analysis, creating spreadsheets, and managing data effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, capable of creating, editing, and formatting documents professionally.
• Experience with order entry, demonstrating an ability to process customer orders swiftly and accurately.
