A Day in the Life


The Inside Sales Representative, based in Seoul, is a key role in promoting Medtronic’s products in innovative ways (not face-to-face sales) and direct timely communications with the external sales team to maximize sales opportunities. You’re expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to initiatives within the commercial team. This opportunity is a contract position for 1 year with a possible extension.

Key Responsibilities

Remotely sells Medtronic's products and retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals Identify, develop and close leads for the business and refer to internal leads when appropriate Provides input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies Promotes and establishes education about the company's products and/or services Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems Arranges demonstration of products by field sales representatives Assists the field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing ongoing sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up


Must-Have

Completed Bachelor’s degree qualifications 0 to 4 years of relevant inside sales experience Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Computer and MS Office proficiency Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean languages Has good sales acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-player


Nice-to-Have

Industry experience is highly regarded Experience in Sales Force is a great plus
