Are you eager to sell Siemens solutions / SaaS offerings and win new customers?
In this role, you will expand the product lines of existing customers over the phone and develop a deep understanding of our products and solutions. While working on the development and positioning of solutions, you will collaborate with other Siemens teams (pre-Sales, product, PFD or lead development), to accurately address inbound interest or develop new opportunities.
This is a multi-faceted sales position that may support the direct sales organization, channel partners or digital exchange e-commerce platform. The role will be instrumental in the support and success of the company’s cloud and SaaS offerings.
Keys to successAbility to generate prospective customers through follow-up on sales leads and cold calling as assignedAbility to understand and interpret technical requirements for specific solutionsExperience in inside sales selling to small, mid-market, and enterprise business clientsProven experience in technology, preferably in softwareFocus on following up with decision makers and maintaining forward movement of the sales process throughout the sales cycleSales training that has included negotiation, upselling, and objection handlingTraining and/or experience with CRM systems, such as /similar to SalesforceAdhere to all relevant legislation and corporate policies impacting both business operations and the managementExcellent communication skills in English and French (spoken, written)Strong phone contact skillsB.S. degree preferred
Working conditions note – may be requested to work longer hours at quarter-end, at times of key project roll out periods or in the Management support or back-up roles. May require visiting customer sites as appropriate to progress the sale.
