Lenovo is inviting you to bring your expertise, skill set, and positive attitude as Inside Sales Rep (ISR) and be a pillar of the Lenovo Customer Experience. This Inside Sales team is crucial for Lenovo in order to help our business grow, speed up the contract process, and increase customer satisfaction.
About the Role
In this position, you will be able to expand your analytical, networking, and operational skills by assisting in creating and handling sales quotes for potential Data Center deals. You will interact (constantly, but not exclusively) with the Sales, Order Entry, Credit, and AR teams to solve operational roadblocks and ensure that the quotes get converted into sales orders.
Additionally, you will be asked to participate in and/or lead projects that bring improvement to the operation, as well as maintain one or several activity reports.
The individual contributor will be responsible for the high-level tasks of contract creation, maintenance, contract reporting, quotes, and contract packages for our Infrastructure Solutions Group in Brazil (ISG).

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full Lenovo’s ISG products and selling against the competition.ISR will configure products, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone.Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management.Required Skills
Bachelor degree with the 3 year experience in a business-related field, information technology or similar subjectsExcellent English skills, written and oral are a must.
