Summary
The Inside Sales Representative at Spartan Financial Partners will play a crucial role in our continued client growth through dealer phone calls and working closely with the pricing, underwriting and dealer relations teams to develop new accounts and maintain strong working relationship with our existing clients.
Essential Functions
Make contact with potential and new clientsIdentify new clients that will benefit from ACA services as well as develop relationships Maintain existing company relationships while prospecting for new dealer clientsDemonstrate the value and benefits of ACA products/servicesExplain the documentation process for the client dealerMaintain and present a professional image both via telephone and in personBe disciplined in making a high volume of outbound calls dailyWill be assigned to a multi-state phone coverage marketIdentify trends or potential problems Consistently meet sales goalsPerform other tasks as assignedQualifications
1+ years of direct customer contact phone sales and, preferably, finance experienceFamiliarity with automotive sales and finance preferredMust have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once and possess strong customer interaction skillsMust have the ability to solve problems, digest and apply information, learn new skills, and think criticallyHighly proficient computer skills; specifically in Microsoft applications & preferably in CRMExcellent written and spoken communication skills as well as presentation skillsAble to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environmentExcellent time management skills, highly energetic, and self-motivatedSupervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some weekend work required.
Travel
This position will require minimum travel throughout assigned territory.
