Sauna360 Inc, a Watkins Wellness/Masco company, is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to provide sales support, ensuring a positive sales experience with both internal and external customers. Assist with daily Regional Sales Manager and dealer account activities such as phone support, assisting with room design and creating custom quotes, assisting with freight support, qualifying new projects, and providing quality assurance. Act as liaison between dealers and related Sauna360 departments (e.g. Regional Sales Managers, Accounting, Production, Technical Support). Starting wages range from $19 based on experience and education.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Customer Service
Assist with qualified project design and quotingProvide product support, lead times, and availabilityInvestigate concerns, get input as needed from other departments, and make recommendations for resolution.Ability to read CAD Drawings and accurately turn them into quotationsData entryPhone SupportProvide Sales Assistance to Regional Sales ManagersAct as a liaison between the production planner and dealersRELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Extensive contact with dealers and regional sales managers
Communicate with production management and technical support
Communicate production schedules to customers, as informed by company expediter and production manager
