Position Title: Inside Sales/Service Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Sales/Service Coordinator performs sales and service support duties through written and verbal communication, work order processing and clerical tasks.
Essential Job Functions:
Communicates essential information to and from customers to appropriate persons in verbal and/or written formats.
Order EntryPurchasing - ordering new equipment and parts from vendors to fill customer orders.Aid sales and service team by quoting products and services.Composes sales and service proposals, service inspection reports, quotations, and correspondence.Maintains New Equipment and Parts InventoryAchieves and maintains good rapport with customers and prospects through skillful handling of direct and telephone communications.Serves as liaison between service people and branch management.Communicates service progress to branch manager and sales team.Manages service logistics, interfaces with customers, plans work schedule, schedules service calls and dispatches service people. Processes work orders.Scheduling service team members.Ability to work in fast paced/demanding environment.
