Inside Sales Specialist

Position Summary

Reporting to the Sales Director EMEA, the Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for working cooperatively with the sales management team and customers to deliver exceptional sales and customer support with the goal to grow sales at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction for all Regal Rexnord products and services under MCS.  Contribute to overall team success by identifying current customer trends, orders and inquiries that promote the ease of doing business.

Qualifications

Experience and Skill Required

College degree or 3-5 years of business-related experiences requiredBachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution; or other technical-based degree preferredLanguages: English fluent written and spoken. Additional languages as plus: German, Italian, FrenchSolid sales and communication skills are key to successPrevious customer and sales experiences in a manufacturing or technical industry is beneficialStrong technical and mechanical aptitude with ability to work in a team environment preferredAbove average interpersonal and influence capabilities with a focus on time management is also preferredProficiency in computer skills with Microsoft and Windows is necessary
