Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary 

The Cirrus Sales and Marketing team is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join as a key member of the Sales team. The inside sales specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest and qualifying prospects. Outstanding attention to detail, an appetite to learn and a solution-focused attitude are necessary. 

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions 

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails  Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.  Understand customer needs and requirements.  Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure  Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients. Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information  Achieve quarterly quotas  Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest  Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory  Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals  Travel requirements are estimated at 10%.  Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.  Other team support duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration or a related field is required.   3-5 years previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience is required  Interest and/or experience in aviation is a plus.

Persuasive and goal-oriented  Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor  Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client  Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day  Excellent verbal and written communications skills  Strong listening and presentation skills  Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively  Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools  Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
