**Inside Sales Specialist** Our Sensors Division in Gilbert, AZ is looking for Inside Sales Specialist. Under direct supervision, this job supports the overall sales strategy and serves as a representative dealing with internal and external customers on day-to-day business matters. Works with Business Development team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices. Provides support to Sales Operations Management and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM. May perform various responsibilities relating to BU Quote System, including monitoring follow-up, verifying system integrity, and updating staff on system modifications. Conducts research, distributes information, and updates staff on system modifications on Database related matters. + Assist in arranging customer visit logistics + Performance requires physical attendance and/or ability to work from home + Other duties as assigned **What You Bring:** + Bachelor's degree or associate degree or equivalent experience + 4-6 years working in a customer service or inside sales capacity within a manufacturing/industrial environment + Ability to develop strong and trustworthy relationships with business partners + ERP experience a plus + Excellent verbal, written communications, presentation skills + Strong computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, PowerBI + Must be able to self-organize workloads and manage deadlines + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment **Who We Are** With over 50 years of experience in aviation technology, Curtiss-Wright's Sensors & Controls Division is continuing the legacy of flight innovation, providing critical components on a variety of commercial, defense and industrial platforms.
