Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will respond to all new and existing customer inquiries, process requests for quotes, and work with functional areas across the organization to ensure customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
• Analyze and process requests for quotes, review and interpret customer specifications, applications, general terms and conditions.
• Participate in customer meetings to discuss needs and solutions in the bid phase.
• Contribute to the Sales and Purchase Order Management team to perform a complete and proper transfer of information for the purchase order execution phase.
• Continually develop product knowledge through internal training.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that impact the department and organization.
• Interface with various departments within the company, including shipping, scheduling, quality, manufacturing, credit, finance, engineering, and product management, to meet customer needs.
• Provide back-up support and coverage for other teams as needed.
Who are we looking for?
Required:
• Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Analytical documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Technical aptitude to understand product functionality, specifications, and applications.
• Self-motivated both individually and as a team.
• Organizational, time management, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
Preferred
• Engineer/Bachelor's degree or advanced student
• Intermediate English
