Summary The candidate will work as a Inside Sales Specialist to help generate leads through cold calling / telemarketing a high volume of phone calls. Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Specialist include but are not limited to the following: + Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling to qualified database of sales contacts. + Get people interested in what product the company offers. You would need to learn about the products to have a general understanding but work with internal technical experts in manufacturing/operations. + Develop sales inquiries (from exhibitions, emails, website, social media) including arranging appts/demonstrations. + Develop sales opportunities from inbound sales calls and inquiries. + Track and analyze efforts to measure ROI and optimize performance + And more… Inside Sales Specialist candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: + 2-3 years Sales exp. + Must have cold calling experience; must be able to handle a high volume of calls. + Strong phone etiquette skills. + Must be able to build relationships with the team, potential leads and customers. + Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. + Knowledge of any CRM systems a strong plus. + Excellent organization and professional follow-up skills. + Ability to work independently and within a team This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity for the right person Hours 8am – 5pm Salary – 52k Brookfield, CT area location – this is an IN-OFFICE ONLY position **Pay Details:** $52,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
