If not, for immediate consideration, please apply or call Warren Knight at 484-214-2624 Key Responsibilities: + Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other digital channels to identify sales opportunities. + Qualify leads and prospects to understand their needs and position our products/services accordingly. + Collaborate closely with external sales teams to support their efforts and ensure seamless customer experience. + Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system. + Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. + Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape to effectively articulate our value proposition to customers. Qualifications: + Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. + Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. + Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and exceeding targets. + Technical proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools. + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred. Requirements • The candidate must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Inside Sales Specialist. • Proficiency in the use of 3M is a crucial requirement for this role. • Prior experience with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems is expected. • Familiarity with CRM platforms is necessary for successful job performance. • Knowledge of Crystal Reports is beneficial for this role. • The candidate must possess strong data mining techniques. • Experience with the software 'About Time' is a plus. • Understanding of budget processes is essential. • The candidate must be adept at handling commission functions. • Strong communication skills are mandatory. • Ability to create dashboards is a desirable skill for this position.
