Position Summary:

As an Inside Sales Specialist III, you have a key role in managing complex customer interactions and driving sales through expert solution selling. You will engage with a diverse range of customers, addressing their inquiries, processing orders, and developing tailored solutions to meet their business needs. Your focus on building and maintaining deep customer relationships will help drive repeat business and achieve sales targets. Collaboration with the sales team to optimize customer satisfaction and sales performance is integral to your success.
 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Manage complex communications with diverse customer profiles to drive sales.Conduct in-depth needs assessments and provide strategic product recommendations.Accurately process orders and maintain detailed sales records.Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to fine-tune strategies and achieve goals.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.Minimum of 4 years of experience in inside sales or account management.Demonstrated success in solution selling and customer relationship management.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in CRM and sales management systems.Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.Ability to manage complex client interactions with confidence.Excellent negotiation and influence skills.Collaboration-focused approach with a strong team orientation.Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.Detailed knowledge of industry products and solutions.
