About the role This position is responsible for supporting Leviton’s General Retail Sales team on projects, price shops, customer service, e-commerce, customer conventions and office administration. Responsibilities Assist with project coordination – communication, execution, customer program and planogram creation and maintenance Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks on time and provide accurate data entry and customer information for quotes and show specials Coordinate quarterly price shops Build collaborative relationships both inside and outside of the company Plan, prepare and execute customer conventions Develop and maintain understanding of Leviton products and go to market strategy for General Retail sales Collaborate with customer service & supply chain teams to ensure high customer fill rates Work with the sales team on new opportunities Office Supply and general office management Qualifications Self-starter, proactive and works well on a team Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills Ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written Understanding of hardware retail channel a plus Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 2-4 years’ experience as a sales assistant or customer service Travel Minimal travel - attending major customer shows What We Offer Comprehensive benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs 401K plans with employer-matching contributions Tuition reimbursement PTO Paid holidays Volunteer time off For more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by law.
