Oversee, Guide and Mentor the Inside Sales and Customer Service Team

Responsibilities Make Safety the top priority for your team and workplaceOversee all aspects of Inside Sales, Customer Service and Customer SatisfactionManage for outstanding on-time delivery and consistent overall shipment performanceMonitor performance, training and coverage of the ISR/CSR teamStreamline, improve and direct process and system improvement initiatives, as guided by team ideas and management directivesAggressively pursue excellence in exceeding customer expectations for timely responses and thorough communicationWork internally with all Butler departments and other FRG divisions to serve the customer and ensure overall FRG procedural consistencyMaintain and meet all department key measures and oversee compliance with internal and external audits, and our quality management systemsResearch and write-up commercial claims for management considerationAssist Sales Manager on other tasks and special projects, as necessary Qualifications

Required

A minimum two-year Asscoiates DegreeOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsHigh energy, detail-oriented and well organizedCustomer Service passion and attitudeWilling to go the 'extra mile' for service and problem resolutionAble to work with people from all organization levels and backgroundsProficiency with Microsoft Office and PC applications

Greatly Preferred

An accredited four-year Bachelors degree, with a Business concentrationFour or more years of Inside Sales/Service supervisory experience
