We’re looking for an in office Inside Sales Support Specialist for our client, Boundary Mining Group.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Inside Sales Support will aid in the entire sales cycle and provide support to the inside sales team, engineering group, and Boundary Mining Group overall. This role involves assisting with quoting, preparing customer orders, and generating related sales reports, as well as managing vendor relationships and purchase orders to fulfill customer needs. Inside Sales Support responsibilities: Assists the sales team by preparing quotations and proposals. Processes vendor and customer purchase orders, along with related invoices. Monitors stock levels to maintain just-in-time inventory and reduce obsolete parts. Oversees customer contracts and provide guidance on additional orders and inventory needs. Manages the purchase order book, ensuring effective communication within the team. Develops in-depth technical and parts knowledge of key product lines to offer support to employees and customers. Ensures a high level of service for all stakeholders, including external customers, internal staff, and vendors/dealers. Coordinates a smooth and timely flow of paperwork. Addresses customer complaints promptly according to company guidelines and escalate concerns to management. Facilitates efficient and timely paperwork processing. Performs additional responsibilities as requested by management. The successful candidate has:  Secondary education in business administration or a similar field is preferred Two+ years in a similar role is considered an asset. Experience with mining equipment and parts is considered an asset. Experience with Infor Visual ERP is considered an asset. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Critical thinker, resourcefulness, and ability to anticipate needs as well motivated to support are important attributes Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently as well as collaboratively Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands. Able to work in office in the west of Edmonton is a must.
