RSM US LLP is looking to add a dynamic Inside Sales Team Leader to our North American Sales organization to support our Cloud Native platform practice.
The Inside Sales Team Leader for Cloud Native will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Sage Intacct. This position works closely with national/regional business development and marketing leaders and is responsible for generating qualified opportunities utilizing a variety of channels and methods, including making outbound calls/emails to potential prospects, executing marketing campaigns, event follow-up, and fostering relationships with the partners’ sellers. The goal of these multi-prong efforts is to generate and nurture leads to become qualified potential business opportunities for business developers and respective stakeholders, including marketing, partners and principals. The role will also provide coaching and training in support of the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Responsible for delivery of qualified, quality opportunities to business developers and firm stakeholders.Researching and qualifying new business leads via online research and initiation of contact with potential clientsQualifying inbound inquiries produced from marketing and lead generation campaigns into qualified opportunities to ensure that valuable sales time is focused on high probability leadsPerforming intelligence gathering on prospects and targets in alignment with marketingWorking closely and collaborating with other RSM professionals supporting the Microsoft ecosphere, including practice leadership, other sales leadership, and marketing to educate and execute marketing campaigns, strategize on sales targetsWorking with local, regional and national marketing team(s) to prioritize efforts, refine selling strategies, share results and plan next stepsSupporting all Cloud Native sales and marketing initiatives to grow sales of firm’s services and licensing revenue from net-new prospects and existing clientsWork with practice and industry leadership, as well as Inside Sales leadership to define strategic and tactical goals for the team.Coaching and training Inside Sales Specialists to help them become more knowledgeable with partner products and partner relations as well as providing support on campaigns, webcasts, events, and presentations.Working with the Strategic Business Alliance and the practice to support appropriate partner relations.Manage a team of Inside Sales Specialists that are supporting the same software platforms. Act as their Performance Advisor and assist in selecting team members and their industry assignments. This also requires establishing KPIs in conjunction with the practice and inside sales leadership. These metrics will be tracked and reported on by the Team Leader.Responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing pipeline and opportunities on target accounts.Responsible to attend internal practice go-to-marketing meetings and support those meetings with metrics from the Inside Sales team’s efforts.Other duties as assignedEDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

Demonstrated ability to lead a comprehensive and often complex sales process involving multiple internal resources and external decision-makers required. At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $100,000 - $300,000Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
