We’re expanding our Sales Team, seeking to a hire a Technical Customer Success Specialist who will guide our Distributors through the specialized aspects of our mechanical products, ensuring they achieve maximum value. You will collaborate closely with both our Sales and Product Management Teams serving as the Subject Matter Expert behind our product offerings. This position will onsite in Mahopac, NY. What you will be doing + Partner with the assigned Architects, Consultants, Dealers, Distributors, Installers, End Users, DSS teams, Business Development team to develop product and application solutions, provide product information, respond to pricing-related requests and activities: quoting, special incentives, and reporting activities. + Offer detailed technical solutions to our customer base which will encompass a deep understanding of our offerings. + Respond to questions about product applications and specifications, delivering accurate and helpful information. + Ensure the accuracy of quotations and product documentation, working closely with all parties involved. + Resolve product and application issues by configuring products to meet specific requirements, suggesting modifications, and presenting proposals to the product management team. + Gather and relay insights from field conditions and application requirements to our sales and engineering teams, driving the development of new products or variations. + Assist with shipping issues, product order status updates, and special requests. + Provide backup support to our tech team, guiding product installation and operation. What we are looking for + Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing or related experience. + Must have hardware, electro-mechanical, mechanical or high security lock product experience. + Background in building products or B2B industry experience is advantageous. + ERP experience preferred. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
