Inside Territory Manager
The Inside Sales Territory Manager (ITM) is responsible for managing an assigned group of existing and new customers. The ITM will introduce, promote and sell RB Global platforms, services and programs to current and future customers through prospecting, cold calling and account maintenance activities. The ITM will also identify and develop new opportunities, as well as manage day to day transactions with assigned existing accounts across all channels and platforms. ITM’s will generate demand and manage accounts primarily via phone call meetings and outbound emails. ITM’s will be assigned accounts based on the account’s annual potential, the ITM’s will be assigned accounts with <$50,000 annual potential. Inside sales experience in KPI sales environment. Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred. Knowledge and experience with CRM preferably Salesforce. Hybrid work environment: 50% in office/50% remote Introduce, promote and sell Ritchie Bros. platforms, services and programs to current and future customers through prospecting, cold calling and account maintenance activities Encourage potential buyers and sellers to come out to our auctions, and/or participate in our online auctions Assess your customers’ needs and provide sales solutions based on our service offerings to help transact items using RB Global solutions Monitor the market and your competitors' services, prices, auctions and sales Develop assigned territory by leveraging playbook and delivering a high volume of outreach to your assigned playbook of Customers. Maintain an accurate pipeline within the CRM tool (Salesforce) Achieve quarterly and annual production and performance targets Support existing relationships with customers to continue the sales growth by ensuring proper execution of sale through coordination with "Win Team" to fully service accounts, including sales support, operations, administrative, valuations, and field marketing Perform other duties as assigned
