Inside Training Sales Representative

As part of the Americas zone Sales organization, will sell Siemens Software training options via telephone or electronic means to software customers and prospects. Support both our direct sales organization and channel partners. Develop and managing sales opportunities from inception to close. Generates prospective training opportunities through outbound activity including phone calls and email to customers and prospects. Follow up on previous training opportunities, inbound referrals and sales leads. Discuss training requirements directly with customer to identify specific training needs and determine best Siemens solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify specific customer/prospects training needs Work with Engagement Manager, if needed, to determine the best training solution Collaborate across sales teams to identify training opportunities Manage sales pipeline Maintain and track all activity related to opportunity including calling activity, stage, next step and close date Create and deliver product quotes to customer Manage and renew self-paced training subscriptions Achieve or exceed revenue quota Participate in Sales events

Qualifications:

1 to 3 years, minimum, sales experience selling to small, mid-market, and enterprise business clients B.S. degree preferred Travel not required

The hourly range for this position is $38.26 to $76.53 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
