Insights and Analytics Lead North Europe
+ _Location: Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland_ + _Travel required within Northern Europe <10%_ **About the job** Currently, Sanofi has the most robust pipeline and forthcoming product launches in the company’s history. As the next phase of our Play-To-Win strategy, Sanofi must appropriately support this pipeline to materialize our vision of delivering scientific miracles to patients worldwide. Thus, modernizing the Sanofi operational structure is also required. In line with this, project DRIVE is shepherding change throughout the organization and created the development of the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team within the company. The new GTMC organization is charged with delivering best-in-class capabilities to bring speed and increased value to commercial operations. It will refine priorities across products, markets, and the pipeline through dynamic resources allocation and efficiencies. Silos that existed between business units as well as duplicative and overlapping resources will be replaced with standardized processes and tools. Operating with a One Sanofi mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, GTMC will accelerate and improve key capabilities to do more with less and facilitate the best-informed strategic decision making across the organization. The GTMC organization aims to: + Centralize Go-to-Market operational tasks across GBUs + Standardize best in class capabilities, strengthen global support, and implement a better vertical reporting structure within GTMC from local to global + Define ways of working, bringing clarity on the interactions across GBUs, Digital, and Commercial executional support teams from Sanofi hubs to optimize process excellence and efficiency The **Insights and Analytics Lead** is responsible for leading commercial forecasting activities and reporting of performance/ predictive analytics to leadership for Sanofi for a particular therapy area(s). The Individual is also responsible for providing market and customer insights through the execution of market research that will help drive key strategic and tactical decisions across Sanofi. As a part of the Insights and Analytics (I&A) team this individual will be an integral strategic partner to Sanofi Commercial leadership. a strategic player in developing short & long-range sales forecasts for in-line and future indications, while providing analysis of launched asset performance as well as preparing for future launches. This individual will be responsible for proactively identifying areas of opportunity for Sanofi through use of advanced analytics from various sources of data. This position will report to the Head of Insights & Analytics North Europe. **Main responsibilities:** **Business Analytics** + Provide strategic guidance & ad-hoc support to the Commercial teams and the I&A organization + Develop Brand Analytics support strategies for new / expanded therapy areas + Collaborate with Data Management in optimizing Commercial data assets to ensure availability & accuracy of Brand Analytics insights + Act as strategic partner to Brand team leadership in key activities, such as brand planning, performance reviews, new indication launches, and assessment of new initiatives + Synthesize brand performance metrics into a cohesive narrative, and deliver strategic insights to Commercial leadership + Collaborate with Marketing/Brand teams and cross-functional partners to develop, document, and communicate accurate long-term patient / volume / revenue forecasts for annual Strategic Planning & Budget cycles + Develop and measure KPIs associated with brand strategy and tactics performance + Leverage and enabling the scaling of future technology and innovation including AI and GenAI + Apply data science techniques leveraging expertise and solutions within Sanofi to generate predictive insights – tactical and strategic insights to improve marketing effectiveness + Work with local/global forecasting to ensure that deliverables across markets align to Global guidance and properly integrate with Global forecast aggregation process + Conduct ad-hoc meetings with brand leads to review national and sub-national analyses to proactively identify areas of opportunities and threats, leveraging marketing tactic utilization, sales execution, and customer adoption metrics + Create dashboards to synthesize information and enable business decisions + Coordinate with data management to ensure insights are based on reliable, high-quality information **Market Research and Insights** + Lead market research projects to support the brand strategy, including identification of market research needs + Manage projects within budgets, schedules and corporate policies and SOPs + Explore innovative techniques to address business questions + Identify insight needs and recommend approaches to address these needs + Communicate Actionable Insights. + Develop and refine presentations to effectively communicate complex information clearly and concisely + Integrate and synthesize information from multiple sources to proactively address business needs + Delivers strategic insights, tailored to each specific audience, which empower Commercial teams + Show strategic business acumen when communicating insights, addressing key business questions and providing recommendations **About you** **Education Requirements** Bachelor’s degree required;
