The Insights Consultant reports to the Sector Lead, Insights Consulting, and is responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships for a subset of smaller customers within a specific sector. They address customer needs, present report findings, make recommendations, and serve as a trusted point of contact. This role coordinates and executes on tasks delegated by Senior Insights Consultants and Sector leads to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations. Duties & Responsibilities:Works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high quality products are delivered to customersContributes to the quality control of reportingHelps to coordinate and project. manage collaboration with the delivery organization and commercial teamsPlays a key role in responding to time-sensitive questions/queries related to the client program and maintains proactive communication with the client between service reviewsSupports client communications during account and project ramp-up, including taking necessary briefs and appropriate client trainingHelps prepare for client presentations by supporting scripting on findings and recommendationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education.1-2 years of Insights Consultant or similar type of experience in the Public Relations & Communications space#LI-Hybrid#LI-CISIONSALES
This position requires advanced knowledge of written and spoken English since you will have weekly interactions with other employees and clients based outside of Quebec.
