Job Description

Insights & Reporting Analyst  (BI Tool Focus: Tableau/PowerBI)

Position Summary:

The Insights & Reporting Analyst position is a senior level individual contributor reporting to the Insights & Reporting Team Lead. They work on reporting projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data into a reporting tool for use across the CSC. As needed, they will interpret results to share with the broader team. They are also responsible for maintaining the integrity of data platforms such as Tableau and PowerBI to ensure data is accurate and up to date.

Position Highlights:

Acquire data from multiple data sources in order to develop reporting dashboards

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the dashboards is within identified SLAs

As needed, identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data in order to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action.

Perform regular and routine maintenance and administration support to data tools such as Tableau and PowerBI

Present data in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions.

Work with data governance to ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards.

Basic Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Three to five years of related experience

Specific knowledge, skills, or experience required:

Experience in BI tools for querying data and for data manipulation/transformation (examples: SQL, Python, R).

Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret results for insights.

Ability to communicate effectively with development teams, end users, and product owners.

Ability to data mine, analyze data, and present data in a meaningful way.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


The role is posted as remote; however, candidates who are located near any one of our locations would be required to work on site at least three days per week
