The Role
The Analytics Business Consulting Team is focused on supporting our customers by designing and delivering data, analytics, and insights solutions for the core business issues faced by today’s life sciences organizations. In doing so, we ensure the enablement and adoption of the products aligned with Veeva Data Cloud. In this role, you will help grow this practice, with a focus on building our brand in the market, developing our customer network, and identifying and selling new projects to support our customers to deliver on their more complex and strategic business issues.What You'll DoLead business development opportunities - identify and generate new project opportunities, clarify the customer's issues and needs, be able to develop a compelling, differentiated proposal to solve these issues, and win new workEstablish & own long-term trusted relationships with Director and VP-level client personnel Build & shape offerings that leverage Veeva's Data Cloud assets – building relationships within Veeva on the design and delivery of these offeringsOversee execution of delivery teams in leveraging data and analytics for solution recommendations and advisory for our clients for programs Serve as a key subject matter expert for methodology and approaches to solutionsBe accountable for program delivery ensuring progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomesStay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's businessRequirements10+ years of pharmaceutical consulting experienceExperience with scoping, selling, and delivering strategic insights and analytics programs – e.g., segmentation & targeting, brand strategy, launch insights, medical and commercial analyticsDeep understanding of how pharmaceutical data sets are used to make key decisions and go-to-market strategiesCredibility and experience in operating and engaging at senior levels with key Life Sciences customersStrong track record of owning client relationships and managing $1M+ in annual program deliveryCore management consulting skills, including workshop facilitation, client presentations, project management, and ability to develop structured approaches/methodologies to business problemsAbility to discuss scientific and medical strategy with executivesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAmbition for high-quality and self-motivated workExcellent oral and written communication skillsWillingness to travelQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the EU (for EU locations) and the UK (for UK-based candidates)Nice to HavePhD or MBAExpertise with KOL dataGood understanding of Veeva’s broader platforms and solutions and how these can be leveraged#RemoteGermany
