**Job Title: Inspection And Repair Operator** **Job Description** As an Inspection and Repair Operator, you will work with various soldering materials, boards, and components. You will use a solder iron to solder components and may be required to work in other areas if repair work is slow or to assist other departments as needed. **Responsibilities** + Perform soldering tasks using different soldering materials and components. + Utilize a solder iron for soldering components. + Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 repairs on through-hole, surface mount, or fine pitch components. + Inspect production outputs using a microscope. + Assist other departments with repair work as directed by the supervisor. + Move between multiple jobs within the same shift based on business requirements. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in soldering, assembly, SMT, and PCBA. + Certified to Level 2 Solder Repair, capable of performing both Level 1 and Level 2 repairs. + Familiarity with through-hole, IPC standards, and production processes. + Experience with microscope inspection. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and twist. + Manual dexterity and good vision for performing repetitive tasks. + Ability to work as part of a team and under time constraints. + Willingness to be cross-trained in other repair-related functions such as X-ray or Add-On. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company.
