Provide governance over the execution of periodic interior and exterior site inspections documenting facility conditions.Manage online scheduling tracker and collaborate with Corrigo team to dispatch inspection work orders.Audit facility condition assessments for quality controlDevelop all facility condition inspection-related processes/procedures, reporting, and training materials for the portfolio.Deliver ongoing training and additional support for FM field team as requested.Maintain data for display on dashboards to identify errors and opportunities, while leveraging BI tools to better inform facility managers and inspectors of improvement opportunities and error correctionsSupport development of scope and cost creation for expense/capital projects and corrective work orders, ensuring associated services are executed in a manner consistent with the Client’s global standard processes and professional brand image, while remaining compliant with applicable local laws, rules and regulations.Support ongoing cost reduction programs while maintaining desired environments.Work collaboratively across service lines to support delivery of integrated services for our client.Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, process re-engineering and other ideas that provide service delivery efficiencies.Ensure minimal preventable incidents that create interruptions to the ongoing operations of the Client and safeguard professional risk mitigation related to facility management services, including the adoption of programs to enhance safety and compliance and minimize confidentiality incidents.Perform additional job duties, as requested.Who we are looking for
Required
5+ years of experience managing facilities condition and inspection programsFacility/property management experience with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgmentHighly proficient in CorrigoKnowledge of standard commercial real estate, business, and accounting practicesUnderstanding of financial impact of building concerns (expense and capital planning)Basic understanding of building systemsHigh degree of innovation with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environmentStrategic user of business intelligence, data, reporting & analytics to drive efficiencyProficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Access)Preferred
A bachelor's degreeSchedule: Monday - Friday day shift
Pay $83,300-111,000 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary
