Description:
Perform detailed inspections on both Electrical and Mechanical components at the component level.
Confirm acceptable quality standards and workmanship practices are being utilized in assigned work centers. Identify discrepant conditions and generate nonconformance reports for discrepancies discovered during inspection processes.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or GEDAble to use Microsoft applications and ability to learn new computer programs/applications easily.Basic technical writing skills are requiredStrong work ethic and good attitudePersonal initiative to become engaged in assigned work area without needing to be constantly coached or led to next assignment.Must be able to learn how to read engineering documentationSalary Range: $24.00 - $28.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
