**Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to establish quality standards for various products. The successful candidate will read blueprints and specifications to ensure operations meet production standards, recommend necessary adjustments, inspect and test materials and equipment, and use gadgets such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. The role involves removing products that don’t meet production standards, recommending strategies to improve product quality, accepting or rejecting finished products, and discussing inspection results with the production team. Additionally, performing random inspections to assess product quality is required. **Responsibilities** + Establish quality standards for various products. + Read blueprints and specifications to ensure operations meet production standards. + Recommend adjustments and changes to production processes. + Inspect and test materials and equipment using gadgets such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + Remove products that do not meet production standards. + Recommend strategies to improve product quality. + Accept or reject finished products. + Discuss inspection results with the production team. + Perform random inspections to assess product quality. **Essential Skills** + Blueprint reading + Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection gadgets + Quality inspection + Mechanical inspection + Final inspection + Dimensional inspection + 4+ years of mechanical inspection experience (preferably in Aerospace) + Familiarity with drawings and prints to ensure parts meet standards + Good communication skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Analytical and problem-solving skills + Attention to detail + Technical skills and ability to understand blueprints, documents, and manuals + Basic math and computer skills + Ability to influence others to follow rules and regulations + Verbal and written communication skills **Why Work Here?** After becoming a direct employee, candidates will be eligible for our client's monthly bonus program. **Work Environment** The work environment is a clean manufacturing setting, with most work being done on your feet.
