**Job Title: Inspector** **Job Description** We are looking for an Inspector with experience inspecting small parts. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20-$21 and follows a 1st shift schedule from 5am-3:30pm, Monday through Thursday. The company is a leader in manufacturing electrical feedthroughs, opto-electronic windows, and various ceramic to metal seals, bonds, and packages. **Responsibilities** + Inspect parts per drawings and requirements to ensure conformity. + Generate non-conforming reports when parts do not meet specifications. + Use various inspection tools such as helium leak testers, calipers, and optical comparators. + Read and understand drawings. + Carry out daily and weekly tasks. + Help troubleshoot and source experts when needed. + Maintain a safe and clean working area. + Participate in required company training. + Conduct detailed inspections of small, precision metallic and ceramic components for use in medical, defense, and industrial applications. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of QC Inspector or medical device experience working with very small parts. + Experience using microscopes for small parts inspection. + Proficiency in reading and writing in English. + Ability to read and interpret SOPs, blueprints, and instructions. + GD&T experience is highly preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable with a slower, more meticulous process as this is not high volume production. + Familiarity with ITAR regulations. **Why Work Here?** The company offers a family-oriented culture and is very employee-focused.
