Inspector Job Number: 353826 Category: Quality Inspector Description: Job Title: Inspector Location: Oldsmar, FL Zip Code: 34677 Start Date: Right Away Job Type: Contract Schedule: 4/10 - 5:00AM EST - 3:30PM M-Th Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00/hr DoE Keywords: #QualityEngineer #InspectorJobs JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications to inspect visually in-process and completed Cable Inspections. * Uses various measuring devices. * Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems. * Works from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions and checklists. * May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. * May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. * Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with assemblers, test technicians, engineers, customers and management when resolving quality issues. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be a US Citizen * Proficiency with using Personal Computers and newer applications. * Has a strong background in the manufacturing process of Cables Inspections * Has the willingness and ability to perform assembly tasks related to assigned inspection areas if needed. * MUST have experience with soldered and crimp inspection on cables using IPC-A-620 standards. * Detail-oriented and proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents and work instructions. * A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
