Job Title: Field Inspector

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Inspector to join our Expansion Joint Division. This full-time role involves conducting on-site inspections of

expansion joints in refinery applications, ensuring compliance with design and installation standards, and performing necessary repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site inspections of expansion joints in refinery applications.Perform repairs and maintenance on expansion joints.Ensure compliance with design and installation standards.Read and interpret engineering drawings.Write detailed reports of findings using MS Word and Excel.Communicate effectively with team members and clients.Maintain high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Essential Skills:

2+ years of experience working as a Field Inspector (NDT or any Piping Inspection)Experience in onsite field inspections and repairs.Knowledge of welding and fabrication.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Certification or training in relevant field inspection techniques.Experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries is a plus.Construction or Oil & Gas background.

Work Environment:

The work environment includes both home-based work and refinery visits nationwide and occasionally globally. The role involves traveling to client

sites 30-40% of the time, starting domestically and eventually internationally. The inspector will work closely with other inspectors and team members. The company culture is described as friendly and close-knit.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
