Circuit Board Inspector

Location: Oldsmar, Florida

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Thursday2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - ThursdayWeekend Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday - Sunday

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Circuit Board Inspector to assist in the production of on-time, quality deliveries to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that quality specifications are met prior to packaging and shipment.

Responsibilities:

Perform visual inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at FQA or through box audits.Follow Visual Aid as defined in Aegis.Input defect data into Aegis.Alert appropriate customer teams in the event of a Code One.Perform NPI 1st Article Inspection activities.Read blueprints to determine additional customer requirements not identified in process documentation.Perform Rapid Proto Type Final Inspection with minimal process documentation.Work to meet production and quality department goals (Customer PPM, Labor Efficiency, Internal Quality).Ensure completion of all C of C documentation per process requirements.Review previous quality defect information through the I-Dashboard tool.Conduct process / 5S audits as time allows.Serve as backup to Receiving Inspection.Participate in lean / six sigma CI projects.Be involved with QIP team and determination of root cause issues.Conduct roving production audits as time allows.Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience in quality inspection, particularly in electronics or circuit boards, is preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and process documentation.Familiarity with quality inspection tools and software, such as Aegis.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of lean / six sigma principles is a plus.Excellent communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00
