Your expertise in inspection, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will play an essential part in delivering world-class aerospace systems. **What You’ll Be Doing:** + **Inspection & Quality Assurance:** Interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection manuals to ensure all parts and assemblies meet stringent quality standards using precision measuring instruments and specialized equipment. + **Process Oversight:** Perform inspections to accept or reject parts, processes, or assemblies, ensuring strict adherence to inspection procedures and guidelines. + **Documentation & Records Management:** Prepare and maintain detailed quality records and reports, ensuring all relevant certifications are up-to-date. + **Collaboration:** Work cross-functionally with various teams, coordinating with customer representatives and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and quality outcomes. + **Machine Operation & Testing:** Operate specialized testing machines, calculate, and record results accurately. + **Continuous Improvement:** Support the optimization of production processes by maintaining certifications, following company procedures, and identifying areas for improvement. **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience in aerospace airframe assembly inspection. + Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings. + Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and specialized inspection tools. + Experience with Quality Management System Policies and Procedures. + Good communication skills—both written and verbal. + MS Office and SAP experience. + Ability to obtain and maintain required training certifications. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Previous experience with Aerospace. + Expertise in 737 Airframe/Fuselage inspection. + Strong familiarity with writing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports). **Ready to Make Your Mark in Aerospace?** If you’re a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality, we want to hear from you!
