**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
As a global leader in **Cardiac Rhythm Technologies** , we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.
As the **Inspector II Recieving** , you will be responsible for the inspection of incoming components (i.e. plastics, metals, extrusions, and tubing), raw material, information for use (IFUs), package, and labeling. Review and perform first article inspections. Conduct functional testing as required by component drawings and/or test instructions. Assist engineering in the verification of prototype component inspection.
**_Working hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:30pm_**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Work in compliance to applicable procedures Policies and CFR’s Quality System Regulation.
• Responsible for the preparation of daily and monthly IQA reports.
• Work with supplier quality engineering to develop inspection programs utilizing optical inspection equipment for selected components.
• Perform and process first article inspections.
• Inspect incoming component.
• Train and assist other junior inspectors in the processing / inspection of components and IQA documentation.
• Maintain inspection documentation in accordance with SOPs, WIs and GMP (CFRs).
• Interface with Engineers on new product development, inspections and Non-conformance results.
• Proficient in the use of standard inspection gages and automated/manual optical measuring equipment.
**Qualifications/Experience you will bring**
+ High School Diploma
+ Minimum 6 years working in inspection or related field
+ Basic math & communication skills.
The base pay for this position is $17.00 – $34.00 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
