As a Quality Inspector – Level 3, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance of quality in all aspects of production. You will work with manufacturing teams and guide them to perform inspections, test parts and raw materials, monitor and verify quality, and recommend improvements. Your attention to detail and adherence to specifications will be essential in maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, you will record observations, audit quality control programs, develop specifications and procedures, and work towards improving quality practices.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nPerform inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards\nTest parts and raw materials using appropriate tools and techniques\nMonitor and verify the quality of products throughout the production process\nRecommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency\nConform to specifications and follow established procedures\nRecord observations accurately and maintain detailed documentation\nAudit quality control programs to identify areas for improvement\nDevelop specifications and procedures to ensure consistent quality\nWork with teams to implement and improve quality practices\n\nAll applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.
